Make An Impression located in Scottsdale, Arizona specializes in fine stationery, invitations and gifts. Owned and operated by a mother and daughter and their team of wonderful associates, we offer invitations for every occasion and the accessories to go with them. As a full service stationery shop, we offer custom creations, in-store calligraphy, envelope addressing, programs, place cards, gift baskets and more! The prices listed on our website are the lowest suggested retail prices. As our valued customer, you are
receiving the best possible price. In most cases, the price per item will decrease as the quantity increases.
Every order is considered a new order, new quantity and new pricing. Once an order is placed, if any changes are necessary, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate (additional charges may apply). Store discounts and coupons are not valid on website orders unless indicated on this website. Custom Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Your order will be billed to your credit card account when you complete the “checkout” section of the website.

All customer orders are confidential and protected by VeriSign. VeriSign uses an encryption process that converts your information into bits of code, ensuring a secure transmission over the Internet. Your information is solely the property of Make An Impression and will not be sold or distributed outside our company.

Process Time for orders is 10 - 14 days. Photos require 14 - 21 days to process. We ship UPS and FEDEX ground. Specialty products, including engraving, require 3 weeks to process. Arizona sales tax is 8.1%. This sales tax charge for the state may be added to your final invoice. Save the Date cards should be ordered nine months before
the wedding. Wedding invitations should be ordered at least six months prior. They should be mailed at least nine weeks before the wedding to be in the hands of your out of town guests two months out. Programs, menus and place cards should be ordered 2 - 4 weeks before.

Take at least one fully assembled invitation to the post office before purchasing postage or mailing.

We recommend ordering a proof which conveniently gives you a chance to see the invitation in your wording and typestyle.

save-the-date Customer assembly may be required on invitations with bows, wraps, folders, etc.

Order at least 25 extra invitations as the price per item decreases
as the quantity increases and every order is considered a new order.

We recommend sending in a color photo with your order, whether
the photo will be printed in color or black and white, as the clarity is greater with a color photo.

In-House Calligraphy available only in ARIZONA. With our in-house calligraphy style fonts, we can match nearly any typestyle and any ink color. Invitations, envelopes, place cards, etc, look absolutely gorgeous and will not smear or run. It also completes your personal statement of style.

With this service, we offer etiquette guidelines for addressing and provide proofs of your typestyle and ink color as it fits your envelopes. We can also manage your mailing list, which comes in handy for both business and personal events.
